Staff and Volunteers

All staff and volunteers whose role brings them into regular contact with young people will be asked to provide references.

Good Practice

All candidates should follow the good practice guidelines and agree to abide by the school Code of Conduct.

The school will seek written consent from parents/carers before taking photos or video of a child at an event or training session or publishing such images. Parents and spectators should be prepared to identify themselves if requested and state their purpose for photography/filming. If the school publishes images of children, no identifying information other than names will be included. Any concerns about inappropriate or intrusive photography or the inappropriate use of images should be reported to the Welfare Officer.

Quaysport Menorca will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Quaysport Menorca will not share your personal information with third parties except in responding to your requests for products or services. Your data collected is made available in a controlled and limited away to instructors of our charter and training school to allow them to fulfil their roles in each case. We securely destroy all financial information once we have used it and no longer need it.
